Over the years I learned a number of different techniques to help people restore their emotional balance and EFT or Emotional Freedom Technique is still the easiest and quickest I think. Being human you are an emotional creature and things you hear or see can strongly affect you. When you feel overwhelmed by emotion and can’t function properly EFT can help out. It quickly takes the edge off, can give you more understanding of what happened and restore your equanimity to a point where you can move on.
